What happens if you don’t like the product you ordered? First, that's not going to happen. We make our fertilizer so delicious and nutritious for soil that your plants will be hooked from the first water.


And if for some strange reason we're wrong...


There's still no risk to you. Because if you don't like the results of our products (or you "just aren't feeling it" for any reason); we're going to do something very few companies do. Which is to refund or replace your product.


Just email and write to Kyle. Message us within 30 days of receiving your purchase.


We'll take care of you. That's how confident we are that you're going to love our product!


Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process. The time of processing varies by financial institution. If your refund is not reflected in your account after a week of being told your account has been refunded, contact your financial institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your order is damaged, please take a picture and send us a message. The time it will take for your replacement to reach you, will vary depending on where you live. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of the order.
